赵宏波，男，浙江农林大学教授，风景园林与建筑学院、旅游与健康学院副院长。担任浙江省花卉新品种选育协作组副秘书长，浙江省花卉协会绿化苗木分会副秘书长，浙江省林学会林业种苗花卉专业委员会副秘书长，浙江省植物学会青工委委员。主要从事观赏植物遗传育种、重要植物类群繁殖生态、植物应用设计和人工群落效益评价等方面研究。现主要开展以下研究：①传统名花遗传育种、种质创新及综合利用，②重要观赏性状形成的分子机制及其调控，③珍稀濒危植物种群遗传和繁殖生态，④乡土植物引种驯化和开发利用，⑤植物应用设计和人工群落效益评价。主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大科技专项、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省林业科技计划等项目30余项，作为核心成员完成国家自然科学基金5项，主持或参加完成国家林业局、浙江省、江苏省、上海市等省部级高技术攻关和示范推广项目10余项。主持获得省部级二等奖1项，参与省部级奖励3项；在国内外期刊上发表学术论文80余篇。
