陈昕，女，1968年1月出生，南京林业大学教授。主要从事观赏树木学的教学和科研工作，重点开展植物分类、植物资源引种开发与植物造景等方面的研究。曾参加和主持的研究项目有花楸属植物种质资源收集、选育与示范推广；花楸属直脉组分类与系统研究；水榆花楸及其变种的遗传多样性研究；爵床科穿心莲族的分类学研究。

1990年6月：毕业于南京林业大学园林专业，

2001年6月：植物学专业研究生毕业，获博士学位，

2001年7月至今：南京林业大学工作，其间至美国密苏里植物园做访问学者半年。
