臧德奎，男，1966年11月生，山东农业大学林学院园林系主任、教授。担任国际木犀属（桂花）植物品种登录中心副主任、中国林学会树木学分会副主任委员、中国花卉学会桂花分会常务理事、中国风景园林学会风景名胜区专业委员会委员、山东省林学会理事、山东省林木良种审定委员会委员，《中国园林》编委、山东省野生动植物种鉴定咨询委员会委员和山东省林业种子苗木质量鉴定专家。为本科生开设《园林树木学》、《园林植物造景》等课程，为风景园林专业研究生开设《植物命名法规》等课程；指导本科生教学实习、专业课综合实习、毕业实习及毕业论文（设计）。指导国家大学生创新计划项目1项、山东农业大学SRT项目12项。山东省优秀学士学位毕业论文指导教师、山东省挑战杯大学生竞赛优秀指导教师、山东农业大学优秀本科专业主任、山东农业大学本科优秀毕业论文指导教师。主编的《园林树木学》被评为山东省优秀教材。
